My name is Jorja Hart jersey number 22. I am in grade 12 at Riverside Highschool in Port Coquitlam, B.C and will be graduating in the class of 2025. I am currently at a 3.75 GPA  in my senior year. I am 5’10 and play point guard for my team, but I am versatile and can play 2,3 or 4. I pride myself on being a lockdown defender and have guarded the best guard on the other team since grade 9. I am relied on to shut down the other teams best scorer and I am always up to the task usually playing the whole game with little break and pressing most of the game. I have an innate ability to see the entire floor and anticipate the opponents moves. Offensively I enjoy running the wing hard and making plays in transition while shooting a high percentage from the three-point line and free throw line. I love getting my whole team involved and being a great teammate. My left and right hand are equally dominant. My love of basketball drives me and motivates me to be in the gym every morning at 6am. So far this year I am averaging 21 points per game, 51% fg, and 38% from 3pt, averaging 5 rebounds a game and 4 steals.

Some of my proudest accomplishments are earning a first team all-star for two years in a row 2023 & 2024 at the  Senior Girls Quad A Provincial Championships where our team won 1^st place in 2023 and 2nd in 2024. I have played on the senior team from grade 9  and helped my team get to the provincial finals 3 years in a row. In the off season, I play club basketball for VK Basketball (IG @vkbasketball) on the U17 Gold team and have competed in the Champions League in 2023 and competed in the EYCL in 2024. Competing against Div 1 commits in California (April) placing 3rd, Phoenix (May) placing 6th and Chicago (July) going 6-1 and placing 5^{th .} Game tape link below.

I am very interested in working hard to make sure I can further my basketball career at the collegiate level.

I know that there is always room to make improvements, to learn and grow and be better than I was the day before.
